Payment & Cancellation Terms
Full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to the event date. This enables us to make any necessary purchases specific to your booking and ensures your time slot is secured.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, as goods and resources will have already been committed. However, at our discretion, and we may be able to offer a credit note or rebooking for a future date, subject to availability. Any credit issued must be used within 3 months of the original event date.
